Insurance Coverage at Vis Therapeutic Massage

Vis Therapeutic Massage does not accept insurance payments.

We do provide receipts for your submission to your insurance company for reimbursement.

To increase your chances of being reimbursed by your health insurance company we recommend you get a prescription for massage from your physician and written pre-authorization from your health or auto insurance company.

If you have a prescription for massage you may also be able to use money in your HSA (health savings account) to pay for massage.
Consider purchasing massage gift certificates now and using them up to six months later.
